*If you are making any changes to you appointment once you come there will be extra charges for any changes. Unless you are taking a service away.
*ALL 1st time loc clients book under 1st time client. Unless you had an consultation first. If you don't book that appointment I will change your appointment myself.
***** LATE POLICY*****
When arriving for your appointment please be on time. We want to respect the next clients time. If your more then 10 mins late that is a $20 charge.
After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund of your deposit. No your deposit can't be transferred to another appointment.
Please do not bring any company to your appointment. They are more then welcome to sit in the waiting area downstairs. Parents, if you don’t feel comfortable with leaving your child, you will also have access to the first floor waiting area.
*****DEPOSITS*****
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE- Your deposit will be due at the end of booking session.
Once the appointment is kept, and the services are rendered, your deposit will be deducted from your bill and you may pay the remainder of your balance via:
- Debit/ Credit Card
- Cash
- Cash App
- Afterpay
NO DEPOSITS ARE CARRIED OVER TO THE NEXT APPOINTMENT. UNLESS YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR OWN APPOINTMENT THROUGH THE WEBSITE
***Squeeze In Appointments***
Whats a sqeeze in appointment?
Last minute appointment since the website is booked.
All squeeze in appointment are $25 on top of the regular service fee. Same day squeeze in appoinemnts are $40 on top of the regular service fee.
*****BRAID CLIENTS*****
When booking your appointment you MUST let me know your desired:
- Color
- Size
- Length
Any braids past the waist length must be morning appointments ONLY. If you have a picture of what you want please upload a picture.
If your appointment is 5 hours or more please bring yourself some snacks. We will take a 20 minutes break.
KIDS APPOINTMENTS
Please make sure your child has a snack. Your child will get two 5 minutes break.

If you are getting any colors that are not the natural colors there is an extra $5 for color. It depends on the color you are getting.
